before & after 酷我

I started writing this album when I found out I was pregnant with my first child. I had a rush of inspiration as I started to process how my life was about to change completely. And then, the baby was born, and it was a wild, chaotic, beautiful whirlwind of a year that I got to focus on being a mom and spending time with my little one. I was inspired to finish the album with newfound inspirations and reflections on this season of my life. "before & after" chronicles, quite literally, my journey of before and after becoming a parent. There's joy, nostalgia, bittersweetness, and sadness all wrapped up in love. This will be my third album, and I'm so excited to share it. I hope it accompanies listeners in their own before & afters.
